School Dance Program

Dance has become a special feature of Balgowlah North Public School. All classes participate in the dance program throughout the year under the professional direction of Mrs Lyn Orrick.

All students perform at the annual Education Week Open Day with the K-2 students also performing at an end of year major performance. In addition to class dance, there are opportunities for students to participate in special performance groups involved in the Sydney North Dance Festival.

 In 2005 and 2006 our dance performance groups were selected to perform at a state level at the Seymour Centre.
